A daily dynamic Yoga class, everyone is welcome, no level nedeed! Doom Yoga is a combination of Kundalini and Hatha Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic style that suited all body types, working on strength and flexibility. The class will start with some Pranayama Techniques (Kumbaka, Nadi Sodana), a deep warmig and a dynamic sequence, ending with a short meditation before Savasana with some Doom music as background (some specific frequencies work on Theta waves calming down mind).
A specific Krya focusing on Beck/Standing Posture/Anxiety and Stress. The Krya will always be the same in order to be easily performed.
