Here we will put up all Information about this years Conference:
Limited Seats & Fee
There will not be a hard limit of seats / max. number of attendees this year since our new venue allows more space, more rooms etc. But still, we do not want to overbook our first tim ein this venue, so we will stop registration if it gets too much. As of now we are 95% booked, so get your seat before it might be too late!
Registration Fee is 357 € (incl. 19% VAT) like last year.
Location
Our new venue is Bildungs- und Kulturzentrum Peter Edel in BERLIN!
Food & Beverages
There is a mandatory fee (32 EUR per day) for all you can drink softdrinks & coffee/tea and all day food buffet. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is available at three food-areas all over the 2 houses and seats are also available in the backyard of the house: vegan, vegetarian and omnivore. You are kindly asked to not waste food and help keep everything clean (return dishes to dish-stations etc).
EXPO Times
Friday at 1:00pm (13:00 Uhr) the Expo opens for Attendees (Fri. and Sat) until 7:30pm (19:30 Uhr). Saturday and Sunday it opens at 10am (10 Uhr) and closes Sunday at 6:30pm (18:30 Uhr).
