Isabell Defiebre
Isa kommt eigentlich aus der Automobilindustrie und war als Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH) von 1991 bis 2013 bei der Daimler AG im Einkauf und im Serienmanagement tätig.
Von 2002 an war sie als Ehefrau von Marcus nebenberuflich in der Trust-Buchhaltung tätig. Ab 2006 expandierte das Trust und öffnete seinen Großhandel mit vielen eigenen Produkten, folglich wurde es immer mehr, deshalb verließ sie den Daimler, wechselte 2013 Vollzeit in die Trust Familie und ist seitdem Senior Managerin. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt fing sie an u.a. den Tattoo-Bereich aufzubauen und mit den Jahren sowie der Einführung von KissCal 2018 immer weiter zu optimieren. Isa ist verantwortlich für alles rund um die Buchhaltung, das Personal, den Einkauf und die Steuerung der operativen Prozesse, sowohl im Großhandel als auch im Tattoo-Bereich. Zudem steuert sie noch das Social Media und den Google Auftritt aller Seiten und Produkte.
Tatsächlich hat Isa bei allen BMXnet Veranstaltungen seit 2007 teilgenommen, ob im Expobereich, Speaker Support bei Workshops oder Seminaren, Teil des Vorstands, Fotografin und Teilnehmerin an vielen Seminaren. Zudem hat sie auch Marcus auf vielen APP Veranstaltungen in Las Vegas zwischen 2003 und 2019 begleitet. Mit Steve Haworth haben Marcus und sie auf der APP Expo mehrmals mit einem gemeinsamen Verkaufsstand unter “House of Haworth” und “Trust Wholesale“.
Das BMXnet ist einfach ein toller Ort des Austauschs und daher freut sie sich ganz besonders, auch dieses Jahr wieder als Speaker dabei sein zu können.
Isa originally comes from the automotive industry and worked as a business economist (FH) at Daimler AG in procurement and series management from 1991 to 2013.
From 2002 onwards, she worked part-time in TRUST accounting as the wife of Marcus. In 2006, TRUST expanded and opened it’s wholesale business with many of it’s own products. Consequently, the workload increased, so she left Daimler, and switched to the TRUST family full-time in 2013, and has been a Senior Manager since then. At that time, she started to build up the tattoo sector in TRUST, among other things, and continued to optimize it over the years and with the introduction of KissCal in 2019. Isa is responsible for everything related to accounting, personnel, procurement and managing operational processes, both in wholesale and the tattoo sector. She also manages the social media and Google presence of all pages and products.
In fact, Isa has participated in all BMXnet events since 2007, whether in expo area, as speaker support at workshops or seminars, as a board member, photographer or participant in many seminars. She has also accompanied Marcus to many APP events in Las Vegas between 2003 and 2019. Together with Steve Haworth, Marcus and she have had a joint booth under “House of Haworth” and “TRUST Wholesale” at the APP Expo multiple times.
BMXnet is simply a great place for exchange, and she is particularly excited to be a speaker again this year.
