Aseptic Techniques

This class is to show an effective use of aseptic technique while performing body piercings, and demonstrate how to improve safety, control, and accuracy.

Very commonly as body piercers we use stands and trays to place our tools on for our procedures; if the piercer is not trained to pay acute attention, this can easily lead to cross contamination during piercing procedures.

The focal point of this presentation is to show achievable practices including sterile gloves and or Aseptic Non Touch Technique that should reduce infection and disease risk with the philosophy of parsimony for simple and graceful solutions.
