Eugenia Monti (Darkam)
Eugenia Monti (Darkam) started as a piercer 15 years ago in Italy, while conducting her research in visual art, studying drawing and illustration. She now works in Berlin as an illustrator and tattooist. She has been facilitating suspensions since 2015 and with the project “Santa Sangre Body Rituals”, together with Beto Rea, they offer private ritualistic suspensions.
On stage, they mix suspensions with strong narrative elements, and they performed in many different cities in Germany, France, Belgium, and Italy, as well as Thailand and Mexico
