In this class, Bethrah and Jef discuss the stages of piercing healing and the challenges clients face once they leave the studio. The healing process is often unpredictable and prone to common but avoidable complications.

This lecture is designed to identify the causes, typical timelines, and appropriate responses to the most frequently encountered piercing ailments. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of why these issues occur, how to reduce their likelihood, and how to intervene effectively when problems arise.

Most importantly, Bethrah and Jef will focus on critical decision-making: when a piercing can and should be supported through healing, when removal and repiercing is the better option, and when referral to a medical professional is necessary.
