Together with his wife, Melanie, he founded Inky & Stretchy in 2008—today an appointment-only piercing and tattoo atelier near Frankfurt, focused on personal service, carefully curated jewelry, and a highly specialized offering.
He is also the co-founder of SevenFiveZero, an independent jewelry brand that creates handmade chains, tassels, and custom pieces in solid 18k gold for professional piercers and studios across Europe.
After years of believing that a full calendar and a broad range of services automatically meant a successful business, axL radically reduced the offerings at Inky & Stretchy by around 80%. This decision became a turning point in how he approaches work, growth, and entrepreneurship.
