Aseptic methods in the scarification process

This lecture consists of four parts: the basics, setting up, working, and wrapping up. In these sections the key aspects of aseptic technique and possible points of cross contamination are discussed. After the lecture the participants understand better why they do the things they do, and how they could improve their routines.
