The Mutant Suspension Squad
“Suspensus alea iacta est”
The Mutant Suspension Squad, born out of the Italian underground punk/techno scene, are a group of body art professionals. They started to introduce needle play, pulling and suspension rituals into their shows to entertain dancing crowds at illegal Italian raves, beyond those imaginary lines called borders!
They break these borders down by bringing choreography and performances that have been constantly evolving since the early 2000s.
After 20 years, they go on bringing this spirit on the most important stage in Italy, and across Europe.. and here we are!
