Customer Service

In this class we talk about the importance of good customer service, the quality of the attitude, attention and the atmosphere under my personal opinion and experience.
Before my 11 years in the Piercing industry working in not only different shops but also different countries, I worked many years in retail and many others in hostelry, giving me the opportunity to learn and experience different styles of Customer Service. I learned a lot about positive language, body language, and attitude so I created this class with the intention of sharing personal tips as well as overlooking the importance of giving the customer a good treatment from the minute they come into our shop.
The class is divided into 4 sections and each section is divided into different subjects.

  1. WELCOME: In the first part of this presentation we talk about all the aspects that have to be taken into consideration from the first moments our customers walk into the shop. These aspects are explained and given examples as well as tips or comparisons. These are: Body Language, Attitude and Kindness, Personal Image and Empathy.
  2. CONVERSATION / COMMUNICATION: The second part of this presentation is going to be dedicated to the different aspects that we are going to discuss during our conversation with the client, what and how we are going to communicate. These are: Positive Language, Personalized and sincere treatment, Jewelry selection – the right choices, Setting limits.
  3. POST PIERCING ATTENTION: We are going to dedicate the third part of this presentation to customer service after performing a service with us. We will talk about: Check-up’s and appointments, Opening hours (attention hours), Answering doubts, Troubleshooting.
  4. CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SOCIAL MEDIA: Fourth part is brief and goes through the options for a good customer service in social media applying everything we have seen previously.

This class has complete knowledge of Customer Service, friendly reminders as well as tips
for a positive experience.
It has been presented in Sala Solidaria 2023 and in Ritorno alle Origini September 2024. It will also be presented in Seminarios Body Piercing Canarias (Canary Islands) February 2025.
