Laura Jane
Laura Jane has been piercing since 2010, having worked in Michigan, Oregon, and Rhode Island, eventually returning to Ann Arbor, MI in 2015 to open Gamma Piercing with husband Jef.
She has extensive piercing training, including the Fakir Basic Piercing Intensive, the Fakir Advanced Piercing Intensive, as well as dozens of classes at the Association of Professional Piercers conferences in Las Vegas, Nevada. Laura Jane is an instructor and course contributor to both the Fakir Intensives and Advanced Fundamentals, and has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to teach courses at the APP conference, both in person and online.
She is a long-time member of the Association of Professional Piercers and served as chair of the Outreach Committee from 2013-2015. While she is still heavily involved in the piercing industry and Gamma Piercing’s operations, Laura Jane now works full-time as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in an ICU, where she continues her love of instruction and education as a unit charge nurse and nurse preceptor
