Danila Tarcinale
Danila Tarcinale FIPG MNGG, BA (Hons) Is a Fellow of The Institute of Professional Goldsmiths and the current Chairwoman.
She gained her BA in Jewellery Design from the prestigious Central Saint Martins in 98, although her journey in the jewellery field started in 1990.
Danila is a multi Award Winning Jewellery Designer and maker, who specialises in Wax carving.
She has co-author of the book “Wax Carving for Jewellers’ sold on all major platforms.
She is a pioneer and has been making jewellery for Body Piercing in 18 carat gold since 1992. She has been house Jeweller for Into You Tattoo and body Piercing until its closure in 2016. Danila created bespoke pieces for Wildcat Belgium and Cold Steel London during the 90’s.
Her jewellery is sold in the UK, Europe and US.
Danila creates Engagement and wedding rings as well as unusual Bespoke pieces for the trade and the public. Her collections of Fine Jewellery are created in 18 carat gold, silver, precious and semi-precious stones and diamonds
Danila has worked for top jewellery and fashion designers, (Vivienne Westwood, Thierry Mugler, Solange Azagury-Partridge, Lara Bohinc, Paul and Joe, Bentley and Skinner ) cutting edge fine artists ( Raquib Shaw, Damien Hirst), MP’s, models, rock and sports stars and chefs.
Her work has been exhibited in Britain and abroad and has appeared on TV, theatre shows as well as in magazines and music videos.
You can also find one of her pieces in the British Museum in the Coins and Medals Department.
She describes her jewellery as “ Italian Flavoured Jewellery with an English Twist” for those who have outgrown the ordinary but still admire excellent craftsmanship.
Danila offers a bespoke service of unusual yet traditional wedding and engagement rings as well as commission pieces to suit the client’s individuality and flare.
